The shuttle is accessible to people with reduced mobility, but boarding with a wheelchair requires the presence of an accompanying person.<br\/>The connections between the two banks of the Rh\u00f4ne are available daily from early April to the end of September. From early October to late December, and from mid-February to the end of March, the shuttle resumes service on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.<br\/>The river shuttle service is suspended in January and during the first two weeks of February.<br\/>Crossing the <strong>Rh\u00f4ne by boat<\/strong> is a practical and quick way to reach the opposite bank and continue your walk along the towpath, but it&#8217;s also an opportunity to enjoy a pleasant ride on the water\u2014a mini-cruise offering an unbeatable view of the famous Saint-B\u00e9n\u00e9zet Bridge.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">River walks and dinner cruises<\/h2>\n\n<p>The company <strong>Les Grands Bateaux de Provence<\/strong> offers paid services departing from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camping-la-roquette.com\/a-faire-a-proximite\/\">Avignon <\/a>to discover the Rh\u00f4ne and the heritage along its banks during a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camping-la-roquette.com\/croisiere-avignon\/\">cruise in Avignon<\/a>.<br\/>Among the tourist <strong>tours <\/strong>offered are guided cruises to discover Avignon and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.villeneuvelesavignon.fr\/\">Villeneuve-lez-Avignon<\/a>, as well as lunch cruises, dinner cruises, and dance cruises.<br\/>For a one-hour river tour to discover Avignon&#8217;s heritage, expect to pay 2 euros for a child aged 2 to 8 years and 12 euros for the full fare.<br\/>Departures are organized every day from April to September.<br\/>The company offers one cruise per day in April, two cruises per day in May, June, and September, four departures in July, and five in August.<br\/>The company organizes themed lunch and dinner cruises, such as the Papal Cruise, the Vineyard Cruise, and the Stopover in Arles.
